What happens to the gift cards I have previously purchased?
All valid gift cards can be used on the www.barringtonsaddlery.com webstore.
Will we still earn points with every purchase?
Yes. We will still have a points and loyalty program.
What happens to our points that we have already accumulated?
You can use them with us online at www.barringtonsaddlery.com.
I have a barn night scheduled. Will you still have Barn Nights?
Yes. We will be hosting barn nights until the end of November. You will be able to take advantage of some amazing deals as we move!
What happens if I have a return?
All returns can be made in the store located at 760 W. Northwest Highway until the end of December. You can return items online after this time.

Can I order over phone?
Yes. You will still be able to reach us with questions and to order at 847-381-6015.
Is there going to be a liquidation sale/clearance sale?
You will see some amazing deals on lines and brands that we will no longer carry as we prepare to carry new and exciting brands!
What brands and lines will you stop carrying? *
While this is still being determined, we will not be moving forward with men’s, children’s and certain lines. We are aiming to focus our brands and will be taking care of exceptional, equestrian women!
Will there be hours open to public?
We will be open at our current location through the end of the year and by appointment only for special fittings for boots and helmets. You will also be able to visit us at our mobile locations this winter and in season.

Can I still buy health and grooming for my horse from you?
We will have a select amount of health and grooming going forward.
Are you closing wear and tear permanently?
Yes. You can still bring your blankets in to the current store location until November 15th. We will no longer process horse laundry. As more information becomes available, we will update it here.
Our current location will be open through December 28th.
